This easy canned salmon sandwich recipe is great for a quick meal at home, on the road, or outdoors.Made with Live Ocean Antarctic Atlantic Salmon that's been raised antibiotic-free in partnership with Sixty South Seafoods.
- 1 Can Live Ocean Antarctic Atlantic Salmon Drained, flaked
- 8 Pieces Pita or other flat bread Lightly toasted
- 1 Whole Avocado Sliced
- 1 Whole Tomato Sliced
- 4 Leaves Lettuce or a bunch of baby spinach
- Dash Sriracha sauce To taste
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- Salt and Pepper To taste
Drain and flake the canned salmon into a large bowl.
In another bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and sriracha until blended.
Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
Add sriracha mayonnaise to the salmon, mix well.
Layer the tomato, avocado, lettuce or spinach on lightly toasted pita or other flatbread. Add the salmon mixture.
Sliced carrots with a side of Ranch dressing make a great crunchy addition to your meal.
