Ingredients
- 1 Can LiveOcean canned salmon drained and flaked
- 1/4 Cup Fresh cilantro finely chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic minced
- 1 1/2 Cups Light mayonnaise
- 1/3 Cup Red onion diced
- 1/3 Cup Celery diced
- 2 1/2 Lbs Potatoes, skin on cooked, quartered, cooled
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions

Quarter the potatoes, place in a pan, and cook until fork tender

Drain and flake the salmon. Set aside

Place remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until thoroughly blended

Add cool potatoes and salmon. Fold in gently until fully incorporated
