This is an easy appetizer dish great for parties and family gatherings. Made with Live Ocean Salmon Risotto and toasted bread.

Ingredients
  • 1 Box Live Ocean Salmon Risotto
  • Loaf Toasted French Baguette Thinly sliced bread at an angle
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Kosher Salt To Taste
  • Chives Chopped for Garnish
Instructions
  1. Open one box of a Live Ocean Salmon Risotto Bowl and follow cooking instructions. Cook for 80 seconds in microwave.

  2. Thinly slice French Baguette into 12 - 16 pieces approximately 1/4 to 1/2 inch in thickness each.

  3. Brush extra virgin olive oil on both sides of each individual piece of bread.

  4. Place bread pieces on a backing sheet and lightly sprinkle all pieces evenly with Kosher salt.

  5. Place baking sheet in the oven at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 7 to 10 minutes or when toasted thoroughly. Let cool before topping.

  6. Top each crostini with Salmon Risotto, garnish with chopped chives, and arrange evenly on a serving plate.
