Delicious Live Ocean Salmon Risotto patties perfect as an appetizer, side dish, or main course with a salad and a crusty baguette.
- 2 Bowls Live Ocean Salmon Risotto - Uncooked
- Green Onions - Finely chopped
- Salt and Pepper - To taste
- Cooking Spray
In a bowl, add finely chopped green onions and uncooked Salmon Risotto.
Add salt and pepper to taste and shape Risotto into patties.
Spray each side of risotto patties with cooking spray.
Heat pan on Medium heat and add patties, cook until each side is crispy
Sprinkle with chopped parsley or cilantro and serve with a slice of lemon.
